Anxiety, ADHD & Life Transitions
When life feels overwhelming, clarity can make a difference.
Sometimes it isn't one big event. It's the pile-up of responsibilities, expectations, uncertainty, and internal pressure.
Therapy can help you slow down, understand what you're experiencing, and find a more sustainable way forward.
Anxiety
When your mind won't slow down.
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, trouble making decisions, physical tension, or the sense that you always need to anticipate what might go wrong.
In therapy, we'll build awareness of what your anxiety is responding to, practice coping skills that actually fit your life, and look at the experiences that taught your nervous system to stay on alert.
ADHD
Understanding how your brain works.
ADHD can affect attention, organization, emotional regulation, relationships, and how you see yourself. Many people carry years of being told they just need to try harder.
It isn't a character flaw. As an ADHD Clinical Services Provider, I'll help you understand your particular patterns and develop strategies that work with your brain — not against it. Therapy won't erase ADHD, but it can make daily life feel more manageable and less shame-filled.
Life transitions
You can move forward without knowing every next step.
Transitions can include divorce or separation, changing relationships, family adjustments, shifts in identity, single parenting, or circumstances you never saw coming. I also work with adolescents navigating their parents' divorce.
Therapy offers perspective and steady support during uncertain seasons, so you can make decisions from a clearer place.
