Hi, I'm Heather.
I believe meaningful therapy starts with a genuine connection.
I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity — and a little personality — into the room. I'm not here to tell you who you should be or hand you quick fixes for complicated experiences.
Instead, we'll work out together what's happening, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what real change could look like for you.
Therapy can be challenging. It can also be a place for perspective, discovery, and the occasional laugh along the way.

It's about understanding what you've lived through, recognizing the patterns you've developed, and discovering what else is possible. Using relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients see the connections between past experiences, emotional responses, and present relationships.
