About Heather
Real conversations. Meaningful connection. Room to grow.
Therapy works best when you can show up as yourself — no need for the right words or the perfect explanation.

Meet Heather
A little about me.
Hi, I'm Heather. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nashville, and I work with people navigating the complicated parts of being human.
My path into therapy wasn't exactly a straight line. Before becoming a therapist, I worked with children and families in behavioral health, and later in neurofeedback. Those years shaped how I understand people, relationships, and the many ways our experiences influence how we move through the world.
Today I work with individuals, couples, and families facing relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, divorce, and big life changes.
Working together
I'm not here to hand you a script for your life.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, honest, and grounded in genuine curiosity.
Sometimes we'll sit with difficult emotions. Sometimes we'll notice patterns you hadn't spotted before. And sometimes we'll find that a little humor makes a hard conversation easier to have.
I want you to feel comfortable being honest about what's going on — without worrying that you'll be judged or reduced to a diagnosis. My job is to help you see yourself more clearly and explore what meaningful change could look like.

Beyond the therapy room
There's more to life than the therapy room.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me cooking, spending time in community, or outdoors with my daughter and our Labradoodle.
Finding the right therapist matters.
Let's start with a conversation and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
